Crashes all the time

It costs 5$ already to purchase the app which is pricey but seems worth it until you find out that in the actual app it costs 1$ a question

It wont load at all! Im in a strong wifi area and I have my cellular On!! I just wanted help in my math and instead I just lost $5.79. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

This app took my money, and mercer produced a service. I posted numerous questions, and never received any answers. Plus, Ive already paid $5 for the app, and it doesnt tell you that afterwards you eventually need to pay for "credits". I am extremely disappointed, and I want my money back
